Alphabet Worksheet and Activity Pack

I’m starting a series of worksheet packs for preschoolers and early kindergarteners and I’m super excited to share them with you!! Hurray!!

Of course, where best to start than the alphabet. It’s sort of the basic building block of everything else, isn’t it?

I did do a single worksheet a while back with both uppercase and lowercase letters to trace if you want to check that out here. But this pack has so much more!

Each worksheet pack will include at least five worksheets so you have one for each day of the week. This week includes bingo boards, so there are a few extra (can’t have everyone with the same board!).

Here’s what’s included:

  • Alphabet Tracing
  • Alphabet Maze
  • Alphabet Bingo
  • Case Matching
  • Letter Sound Matching

PLUS I also include a few ideas for other activities too. Worksheets are great learning tools, but doing other things promotes different kinds of learning (reading and copywork isn’t going to work for every kid, it’s all good) as well as ingrains what is being taught.

Also (drumroll please) our three favorite alphabet learning books. Affiliate links are included, so if you don’t have these already, feel free to check them out through my link! These are such great books!

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
Obviously a total classic.

Humphrey’s ABC
Anything Humphrey is such a hit in our house! The pictures are just beautiful!

Mickey Mouse ABC
This is one of those so-loved-its-almost-in-pieces books. Super simple but complicated would defeat the point of teaching littles.

Quick Bonus Book:

(Affiliate link included as well.)

My kids were reading at 3 and 4, in large part due to BOB Books. The Pre-Reader set includes all the letters of the alphabet and the numbers, so it’s FANTASTIC for learning letter and number recognition. Serious kudos. If you are working on reading with your kiddos, BOB books is the way to go (speaking from experience with two, going on three little boys now).

I don’t believe in putting a price tag on worksheets, that’s silly, but please make sure you share on Pinterest and such if you enjoy these. It helps me out so much!

Thank you in advance, you’re awesome!

Stay tuned next week for the Number Worksheet and Activity Pack!
